This privacy policy explains how we collect, use, and protect personal data from Google Ads lead forms, website inquiries, and bookings for photobooth, Magic Mirror, and event hire services. We are the data controller under GDPR.​

Data We Collect
Name, email, phone, event date, venue, guest count, and event type (e.g., weddings, birthdays) via lead forms or contact forms. No payment details.​

How We Use Data
To provide quotes, check availability, send event proposals, and follow up on inquiries. Legal basis: legitimate interest in fulfilling service requests (GDPR Article 6(1)(f)). Data kept 30 days unless booking proceeds, then until event completion + 1 year for records.​

Your Rights
Access, correct, delete, or object to data processing (GDPR Articles 15-22). Email admin@wedoevents.ie to exercise rights. No automated decisions or profiling.​

Sharing Data
No sharing with third parties except processors (e.g., email tools) under GDPR contracts. Data stored securely in Ireland/EU.​
