We’re a Galway event hire company, so we’re in Galway City, Salthill, Oranmore, Athenry, Tuam, Loughrea, Ballinasloe and Connemara all the time. We regularly cover Mayo, Clare, Roscommon, Sligo, Offaly and the rest of the West of Ireland.

How much does F1 simulator hire cost?
Prices depend on the number of simulators, how long you hire them for and how far the venue is. Most events book between 3 and 6 simulators. Send us your date, venue and guest numbers and we’ll come back with a quote quickly.
How many simulators can we hire?
We can supply anywhere from 1 to 6 simulators. Three or more works best for races, tournaments and keeping queues short at bigger events.
Do you cover events outside Galway?
Yes. We’re based in Galway and cover the whole West of Ireland, and we travel nationwide to Dublin, Cork, Limerick and anywhere else in Ireland.
How much space and power do you need?
Allow roughly 2m x 1.5m per simulator, plus space for spectators and a leaderboard screen. Each rig needs access to a standard power socket. We’ll confirm the exact layout with your venue.
Is it suitable for beginners and kids?
Absolutely. Our crew can turn on driving assists so first-timers stay on track, while experienced sim racers can switch them off and chase a record lap. It’s suitable for most ages, as long as drivers can reach the pedals.
Can the simulators be branded for our company?
Yes. We offer branded environments, custom leaderboards and prize competitions, which suit sponsorship activations, product launches and trade stands.
Can we combine it with a photobooth or other hire?
Of course. Many clients pair the F1 simulators with one of our photobooths, Craic-icatures or event décor to create a full entertainment package.
